Listing terms & conditions

Everyone can mint on the IMX protocol for free and without complex development. We welcome visual content creators to mint and list their NFTs for sale on the first Layer 2 IMX protocol secured by Ethereum. However, there are a few rules to follow

Before you can mint your artwork it must be approved. After submitting your artwork, bookmark the page and wait for approval, then you can mint and list it for sale. Add only works your community is willing to buy from you. Don't expect anyone to be very interested in buying the work of an unknown author

Artworks performed with a low level of creativity or complexity will not be approved. Artworks submitted with an unrealistic price will not be approved. Keep your content within the accepted norms of morality, ethics, and legality. Please avoid adding content that contains violence, intolerance or is otherwise unacceptable to different social, ethnic, cultural or religious groups

For content containing recognizable images of people or property, you must have a model release giving you permission to use the image of the person or property for commercial purposes

We add 2.5% to your royalties as a service fee

These rules are necessary to keep the collection clean and attractive and not turn it into a waste dump of junk content. An attractive collection is more likely to be listed on other marketplaces that support the IMX protocol, which will increase the exposure and visibility of your artwork
